Inspiration

Well what is inspiration? For me it is the thing that makes you want to give customising or refurbishing a try.

Personally I saw this video from Jacob Patterson on YouTube and it did exactly that. I have always been into my art and enjoyed drawing and painting, and I also love my trainers/sneakers (whatever you want to call them!).

So the purpose of this section of the site is to inspire you into giving it a go.

Customising

It would be easy to write a book on custom shoes (in fact, somebody already has here), so I will try to keep this brief. Custom shoes are now a world wide phenomenom, with people painting shoes with innovative designs inspired by everything from sports teams to video games.

Refurbishing

A great alternative to doing full customisation of shoes is refurbishing of old shoes. Please see the refurbishing page for more information on how to do it, including a great example of how to do it.
